When the initial order is placed – a master terms and conditions will need to be signed and sent back to SPL. Secondly, an approved credit application will be required prior to going ahead on any rentals. This process generally takes between 3-5 business days

You can request insurance for your equipment. Alternatively, you can add the rental units onto your own insurance policy for the rental term

Yes, if you hire a device from us, you can install your own software.
The units can be returned from 8am to 5pm on working days to our Johannesburg Head Office. Alternatively, SPL will arrange the return by a courier service.

Yes! Send in your spec requirements and we will get our in-house team to upgrade the unit for you. Depending on the quantity required and upgrades needed, this process takes between 3-5 business days
That depends on you! You can choose to return the assets to us, renew your lease, or purchase the rental outright.
At SPL, we believe renting your tech is the best way to stay up to date while avoiding large purchases, but we also know that sometimes, buying a device is the better alternative. That’s why we offer the option to buy your IT Hardware Units at any point or work towards a purchase simply by paying off your monthly subscription payments. So, relax if you decide to keep a product—you won’t end up paying rent forever.
All equipment returning from the rental will go through our return procedure. They are cleaned and checked. Your data will be securely deleted during the return process.
